Discover The Art and Joy of Storytelling, a two-day workshop led by African American storyteller, performer, and teaching artist Ilene Evans at the 2SER Level 1 Training Room (11 Broadway, Ultimo, near the corner of Harris Street). Running Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM both days, this joyful, hands-on weekend invites participants to explore voice, movement, memory, and imagination in an intimate small-group setting.
Serving as an empowering introduction to storytelling, the workshop provides space to listen, play, practice, and find your unique narrative voice under the guidance of an extraordinary artist.
